No Financial Advice
WillTrade provides analytical tools and visualizations for your own use. It does not provide financial, investment, legal, or trading advice. Any metric, chart, or summary is informational only and must not be relied upon as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
No Execution or Custody
WillTrade does not execute orders, manage custody, hold funds, or interact with your assets beyond reading trade history. You remain the sole owner and controller of your accounts, keys, and assets at all times.
Service Availability
WillTrade is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance or improvement. Sync with connected providers depends on those providers' APIs and their availability, rate limits, and accuracy, which are outside WillTrade's control.
Integrations & Third Parties
Connecting an exchange or uploading data from a third party is your decision and your responsibility. WillTrade is independent from any exchange or data provider. You must comply with each provider's terms of service, and you are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any data you import.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use WillTrade lawfully and not to abuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt it, overload its APIs, access data you are not authorized to access, or use it to violate any law or third-party right. We may restrict access that threatens the service or other users.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for securing your account credentials, API keys, and exported data, and for the accuracy of the data you import. The authors and operators of WillTrade are not liable for data loss, credential compromise, trading losses, or any damages arising from use of the service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WillTrade and its authors provide the service without warranties of any kind and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
